1. 7-Day Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, you may initiate a return for eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. Conditions for Eligible Returns
For a refund or exchange to be processed, all returned items must meet the following strict conditions:
The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be in its original, unused condition.
The product must be unwashed, unworn (for clothing), and undamaged.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
Note on Hygiene: Due to hygiene standards, bedding products (like the Polo Water Deffender Mattress Cover) and intimate apparel must be returned unopened and unused. If they show signs of washing or use, they will be rejected.
3. Traditional Clothing Returns
Returns for Mens and Womens Traditional Clothes are accepted only if the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition they were received, with all original tailoring and tags attached. Any signs of wear (e.g., perfume, deodorant marks, alterations) will result in a rejected return.
4. Refund Process
Once you initiate a return, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Upon receiving the returned item, it will be thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions (Section 2).
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within [X business days]. Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the returned item back to us (return Delivery Charges or DC cost) and shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
Items returned after the 7-day period.
Products that have been washed, used, or damaged by the customer.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Gift cards or final sale items.
